Overview
Nandlo Zdrir Vrët was founded durring the late 14th century in winter of the year 1354, by Dyënh Dhando. The establishment of Nandlo Zdrir Vrët was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Dyënh Dhando electing to pay people to resettle in Nandlo Zdrir Vrët.
Nandlo Zdrir Vrët was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Nandlo Zdrir Vrët is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Nandlo Zdrir Vrët is was constructed arround several premissive cobblestone mainstreets which cross one another at certain axies, with smaller streets branching off of them to premit acess to the many buildings deeper into the road network. The overall fashion is remenessent of a circulatory system, or other organic construct, and is quite effishent in its design. The town has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. Nandlo Zdrir Vrët's cost-cutting-focused defences are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.
Before you’ve even set foot into the heart of Nandlo Zdrir Vrët, you can smell it. The incense. It hangs about the town like a cloud. Monks, priests, and clerics are everywhere, all dedicated to the same god, all preforming the same rituals to bless and anoint building,s streets, people, animals, you name it they are or have blessed it. The same holysymbols is everywhere too. Its on buildings, on people, and even branded into livestock. This town certainly loves its god.

Cultural Notes
A substantial minority of the locals are descended from foreigners alien to their local neighbors. They may have been religious exiles, economic migrants, indigenous locals surrounded by the existing polity, or a foreign settlement conquered within the relatively recent past. The locals may not be enthusiastic about being ruled by others not of their kind, and their neighbors may look askance at the way foreign customs or even laws may be maintained.
Nandlo Zdrir Vrët's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its fluid and florid elaborate style, comprising ornate, asymmetric designs and pastel shades. It is often considered to be a playful, light style, which made exuberant use of curves and emphasized subtle asymmetry in the general shape of its structures. Walls, ceilings and moldings are decorated with numerous interlacing of curves and counter-curves based on the shapes of ‘C’ and ‘S’, along with shell forms and other naturalistic shapes.
Due to the actions of local Kami, summer is long in Nandlo Zdrir Vrët.
The Hare, Arctic near Nandlo Zdrir Vrët are known to be quite timid.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century the Uybo So̠f Prairie was struck by a drought when Tarn Gater grew too small to continue feeding Backwater Haven, which reduced the available water supply nationwide, but was especially harsh in the area arround Nandlo Zdrir Vrët. As the neighboring regions had no water so spare, Nandlo Zdrir Vrët lost 285 people, and 241 livestock in the disaster.. The drought lasted for 6 weeks, which are remembered as the Woe Thirst.
